Terms of sale (summary)

1 — Scope

These terms apply to fixed-scope services sold via horizon.r00t.store (and Lemon Squeezy checkout when enabled).

2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes depend on your status and location and will be handled at checkout. Listed prices may change; the price at order time applies.

3 — Order & payment

Online payment will be processed by Lemon Squeezy. An order is confirmed after payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

4 — Delivery timelines

Indicative timelines are on the pricing page. A concrete plan is shared after kickoff. Material delays will be communicated by e-mail.

5 — Withdrawal / cancellation

For digital services already started with your agreement, withdrawal may be limited under applicable consumer rules. If work has not started, a full refund is possible within 14 days of purchase.

6 — Revisions

Each offer includes a defined number of revision rounds. Extra revisions are billed separately (quoted before work).

7 — Liability

Services are delivered with professional care. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Indirect damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8 — Disputes

We will try to resolve issues amicably first. Italian law applies; competent courts are those of Verona (Italy), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
